How do I check the status of my order?

All our products are handmade to order which can take up to 2-4 weeks to make. Once your order had been made we will then update you on when we expect your item to be delivered and we will also attach a tracking number so you can follow the live updates.
Can I change the sizing of furniture to suit my home?

As every piece of our furniture is handmade we can offer bespoke sizing. Please get in touch with us to discuss the sizing requirements you need. Please note, this may alter the price of the product due to using more or less materials. We do not offer this service on up-cycled pieces.
What type of wax do you use on your furniture?

We currently use Briwax on our handmade furniture products. If you would like a particular wax or varnish on a piece of furniture you would like to order, please get in touch with us and we will try and accommodate your requirements.
