Our furniture is shipped with carefully selected couriers within the UK or if you are local to Ilkley, West Yorkshire (within 15 miles) we will hand deliver your furniture.
Our furniture is handmade to order and is usually dispatched within 2-4 weeks of purchasing. Our delivery time is 2-8 working days (excluding bank holidays)
If you have ordered a product from us and are not completely satisfied with it please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we can arrange collection. Refunds are only given after the items have been delivered back to us and checked over by our team.
Please make sure you check the items within 24 hours of receiving the products from the courier and notify us if any damage is found. Failure to let us know within the 24 hours may result in no refund given.
